Dealing with real life

Weight loss is def real life but I graduate in a few weeks so that’s all that is on my mind. I have been exercising faithfully and loosely following the insulin resistance diet so I have lot a few pounds and I’m down to 252. Looking to be 240 by the time I graduate!






So I’m starting INSANITY tomorrow

Yes, someone out there is laughing. I am indeed 258 lbs but I’m curious to see just how strong I am. I can always take a break if I need to. Oh well, we shall see tomorrow.






I think I’m going to delete my other Tumblr account

It seems so vain and shallow. I’m tired of looking at pics of clothes :/. Maybe it’s because I’m depressed right now

Preparing….

I always have ideas in my head but I forget when it’s time to cook. My diet is basically paleo/primal with the IR diet principles sprinkled around. On my splurge days I’m going to try to keep it low carb. My goal is to get this insulin resistance controlled. Anyway, this is what I’m going to make:
