Dealing with real life
Weight loss is def real life but I graduate in a few weeks so that’s all that is on my mind. I have been exercising faithfully and loosely following the insulin resistance diet so I have lot a few pounds and I’m down to 252. Looking to be 240 by the time I graduate!
So I’m starting INSANITY tomorrow
Yes, someone out there is laughing. I am indeed 258 lbs but I’m curious to see just how strong I am. I can always take a break if I need to. Oh well, we shall see tomorrow.

It seems so vain and shallow. I’m tired of looking at pics of clothes :/. Maybe it’s because I’m depressed right now

I haven’t logged my meals in about a week. It’s just been a rough week. No pity here though. I’ve come too far to give up :)
